It's an error, it's just a MegaElixir since it adds 1 to MegaElixir when you get the Last Elixir.

Again, these guys were wackin' it when they programed this section of the game.
Like the two guys above said, it's a translation error, and the item does appear as a Megalixir in your inventory.

The translation for the english version wasn't top great
But i like it, it's pretty epic.
It is definately not the last Elixir in the game (especially if you use the W-Item cheat!!!) but I don't really know why they did that cuz it is quite strange, I guess we will never know!!!
