A: He has a few special attacks when he's in this form: Havoc Wing, Pale Horse, Deen, Supernova, Wall, Shadow Flare, Heartless Angel.
I'm guessing that you meant Supernova as the answer, which is known as his signature attack.

Basically it's something that you do in the game that causes his stats to change. I want to know what these things are, and what happens to his stats when you do these things.

A: The stats change depending on your level and the actions you take on the previous bosses. I know the first 2 are definitely true, not 100% on the third.
I know if you're all at level 99, he becomes much tougher to kill because he definitely gains a ton more hp, and stronger defense. Not sure about the attack power.
If you cast KoTR, on Jenova Synthesis, he'll also have a massive hp gain.
And I haven't tried it, but my friend told me that each time you kill Bizarro's head, it'll knock off about 1000hp from Safer.
