I loved watching the Phoenix summon. I think it's the only one that I never skipped while it played.

I didn't really like that I couldn't control when the summon wheels in the DMW would appear. It was a neat concept at first, but then it just got kind of annoying.

The detail of those really are outstanding aren't they?

I remember playing the game and when they occurred for the first time I was just "wow", I didn't think the PSP could produce that much. Square-Enix really are outstanding at pushing a system to a limits when they want to.

I was surprised to see a high quality video as a summon animation since I'm used to see a in game animation, quite impressive and the option to skip it was also nice. Bahamut was my favorite as always, looks a lot like the one from FF VIII.

The only thing that bothered me is that you couldn't summon them at will, calling Odin every now and then would make life a lot easier.

Odin was the most epic to me. I always inserted dialouge to make him as intimidating as possible I think it went like:

ODIN: "Foolish writhing creatures!!!! You dare stand up to those who can summon the greatest warrior in all cosmos. You shall be trampled by the feet of my steed and feel the scorching pain of my eldritch blade. Prepare yourselves. *jumps off cliff* You will not make it to day's end. Now, ZANTETSUKEN!!!!!!!!!!!"

    Yeah, I'm weird like that.....
    "Take a chance.....roll the dice.......pick a card....whatever suits your game.....you'll lose either way...."

    Re: FFVII: Crisis Core Summons

The only summons i liked were Odin and Phoenix, they are hardly ever used because of the random system..
