Counter Attack x 12

I was reading some materia setups online and I read that someone equipped yuffie with master cover and 12 master counter attacks and the end results was that anyone who was attacked, was guarded by yuffie and would result in 12 consecutive counter attacks. I wasnt aware that counter attack stacked. Can someone validate this information? Because if this is the case, Do this for every character and dont even worry about having to input a command... ever.

For real? This seems a bit far fetched to me. I don't think it would stack. Can you post up a link to where you originally saw this info?
