I own the PC version of FF7 (I bought it once I sold my play station like 6-7 years ago).

When the wheel of curse is spinning after a battle, on the PS version you could just spam the "square" button to slow it down, then you vould easely pick up the penalty you would suffer.

But on the PC version it is not working. Their is any way to make it worth ? Or any cheat to use too choose the penalty I'd want to suffer ?

Actualy, at my point I,d even use a cheat just to skip the whole battle square thing. I simply don't have the time in real life to spend 2-3 hours in a row just to get omnislash.
