I'm very glad Coff9 is backing me up on this. I still personally think Gackt would add nice depth to the FF VII storyline, or at least be Vincent's theme, Vincent didn't really have much of a theme in the original. I hope his deathbringer will be like his DoC one, that would be pretty sweet. Chaos was pretty useless in the original game.

Id rather the sound of a toilet flushing continuously than that pansy Gackt shite, there can only be one rockin tune in FF7 tbh, ands its taken..

Well, Rowan, additional storyline elements could just be more details to help explain the storyline that's already there. I wish that we knew what exactly they meant by that.

And Nix, the sound of a toilet flushing is a very satisfying sound! Especially when you've had to live with a semi-defunct toilet for the past 6 months! Pansy shite though? I... I wouldn't go that far. Bravery and emotionality aren't really mutually exclusive nor inclusive.

That boss battle theme is one of the best though, certainly.

Also, that slap scene is amazing. Tifa wins hands down (kek) though because the weight of her breasts shifting from the right to the left increase the power of her slap as she comes down with it. She essentially using the gravity of her breasts to increase the impact of her blows.

Shes fights smart.

They could do some pretty amazing things with the submarine parts of the game. Imagine (swimming?) along in 3rd or 1st person, turning 180% and 'bam' Emerald Weapon, who's been stalking you the whole time, fills up the entire screen and kills you.

Oh and Sapphire and Diamond Weapon vs the Sister Ray would be amazing to watch in FMV. There are so many cutscenes they could make more amazing.

No offense but I think the boss theme got kinda stale over the years, it's a good theme for it's time but I think it doesn't hold up as well to, say, Type-0's divine fire, or weapons of white.

But Sabin, have you played Final Fantasy: Record Keeper yet? The boss fight theme from 7 (and all the themes, really) feels fresh and new again.

And that underwater section is the bane of my existence. I really don't like underwater sections in games. There's something so creepy about them; they've bothered me for years.

I've been dreading the submarine section since I started to play FF7 again. Emerald Weapon is nothing compared to the fear of the deep (and voids, but that's different, albeit related).

I think I've played that briefly. I'm pretty sure the soundtrack to this game is going to get updated regardless, lets talk about another aspect of this game, sidequests! Think there will be extra side-quests to embark on? From what I speculate, square-enix is looking to make this game PS4/Xbox one length if they are building it from the ground up. Of course if it just had a simple update, fixed translation, voice acting, cutscenes, and newer graphics, it would still fall short of a current gen length title, the space alone wouldn't fill the disc space anywhere near as much.

I want genuine terror of going through the Gelnika at the bottom of the ocean.
I want to see Cid's rocket being ****ing majestic.
I also want the first Nibelheim flashback to blow my nuts off like it did the first time.

And if they do use voice actors, I pray that they do it right, and make the localization as good as it was originally. It was the first game that I remember there to be cursing, and I'll be so annoyed if they take it out because it gave the game a very gritty, real feel. Like Barret trekking Cloud to hurry his skinny ass up, or Cid yelling for his Goddamn tea

The scene where Cloud bashes Aeris after temple of ancients. I mean, its okay for a guy to get beaten, and even for a girl to beat a guy, but if a guy beats a girl, Uh-oh.
