Neo Shinryu's level is actually 97, but either way he's not even close to the highest level enemy in the game. In fact, this enemy has the highest level of any enemy in the entire series.

As for the answer to your question, the Murasame has the highest critical hit rate of any katana.

Omega can be killed in 2 turns. First turn to cast lightning on sword, second turn to use x-fight (with duel wield and magic sword) dealing around 7k per hit (x8)

Nah, it is Byblos. When you summon him in the library(Ifrit), he says, "Gah, Ifrit! Scary!"

And I think the harvester drops the Death Sickle.

Answer: I believe he casts Return on the battle, which is really annoying.

I have only used that spell once, when I was fighting the "Famed Mimic Gogo". It was a timed battle since we were underwater, and it didn't even reset the time. I made a vow then to never use that spell again.

Q: Assuming you've mastered all Jobs in the game how many abilities will a Freelancer inherit (as in Counter or Dual Wield). Ignore the bonus part I'm confusing myself here.

Then the answer would be still 2? Freelancer can equip 2 abilities and item is on there by default. Mime allows for 3 ability changes I believe.

I'm terrible at explaining things but i'll try it again.

You know how Monks Counter without needing to have the ability equipped? When you master Monk the Freelancer is able to use Counter without equipping it. Same goes for Ninjas can Dual Wield with out needing it equipped and Freelancers being able to do that too once Ninja is mastered. I think those are called Innate Abilities and I think you might have gotten them mixed up with the !Action abilities like !White and !Throw, in which case you're right in that Freelancers can equip two.

Assuming you've mastered all the appropriate Jobs a Freelancer can inherit 15 innate abilities. These are: Cover, Counter, Barehanded, Find Passages, Sprint, Vigilance, Artful Dodger, First Strike, Dual Wield, Shiradori, Magic Shell, Learning, Pharmacology, Find Pits, and Light Step.
