Tellah can use both White and Black magic, it's a small list when you first meet him, but later, his selection becomes much larger. You first meet him on the way to find the Sand Ruby.
FuSoYa can use all magic. Even from the start, he has access to it all, although his MP is quite limited. You first meet him when you first visit the Crystal Palace.
