Yeah, an important thing to note about the Odin->Raiden change is that while Odin has a +1 to Speed bonus (the only one of all of the Espers), Raiden just has a stupid +2 to Vigor bonus...! That means you'll have to hold out on learning Quick if you want Speed bonuses for your crew!
