Why not use this for FF VI:
Final Fantasy VI Advance for PS2 on Gamerhelp.com
I'm playing the GBA version now, but I only skim the guide for important things I might miss. Google magic.
So I have FF IV advanced for GBA. and have just bought anthology
Well I have a huge question that I cant find the answer for anywhere.. Will the anthology guide work with the GBA version I know that there is some times diffrences between them when they are ported and re released and since I couldnt find anything on the site for the Advanced version I cant answer these questions myself.. So if any one could help me in anyway that would be great.
If the guides will work then I can start getting things done right I belive I already screwed up things with shadow..

well I try to do that when I can the only thing is I play it at work since I just sit at a desk all day. there are somethings that I need to find out like where everything is stuff about the dragons what lvls I should be and most importently a map.. See this is my first FF game I have played for more that a few hours.. I have about 30 in it right now.. And there is just some much stuff to do.
Just take your time, if this is your first, you most likely won't be able to get everything the first try. If you follow the guide you'll get mostly everything, but it takes tons of extra time to complete everything, much more than it will take to beat the game. Usually people take time away from the story line to accomplish all of the extra stuff. I advise you to just play it and become familiar with everything. As for level, just make sure you don't run from any random battles unless you really need to, then you should be fine. Extra training is always good on the side though.
Yeah I have only ran from a few battles but not more than ten, what really sparked me looking into the guide is when I fought a storm dragon today and defeated it the game said I had I belive 7 more to go and I looked into it and if I defeat all of them there is a secret dungeon I can unlock.. SWEET so I looked into it and just got lost in the vast ammount of things so guess I am just going to have to play through it and see, however I just bought anthology off Ebay so if you know any diffrences between anthology 6 and advanced 6 it would be great if you could tell me
If he is talking about the Dragons then I would suggest some serious level crunching if you are not a overly avid FF player. They are no easy task to take down.
Gyspie is right though, for a first play through on any FF it is damn near impossible to get a 100% completion, specially if you are new to the series. Then again it is still difficult for the most expirianced players. On FFXII I had over 100+ hours before I actually had a completion. Note beating the game and 100% completion are 2 different things.
Edit: Gwark, almost forgot the Dragons Den is only availible on the the Advanced port. Unless I missed something when playing through Anthologies.

Yeah the dragon den is what I am talking about. So if I beat the game does it end or does it let me Continue or do I have restart and if I do restart can I start with my level as they are.
It ends, you can always pick up from your last save file though. Note you might want to save a seperate file before you get to the final save point just for shits and giggles.
As for the Den, it is not availible in that port.
As for a new game plus option in that port it is not availble. It might be in the advance port but I am not familiar enough with the GBA port to be confident enough to give you a no there also.
Basicly if you beat the game, depending on which path you choose. You will see one of 2 major endings. After that you will have some unlockables open up and you can choose to check those out. You basicly get a short making of and a couple art galleries and that is about it.
I will admit I was disappointed with the outcome of this port but then again it is FFVI which is one of the best FF's there are to me. So in the end I doubt you will be disappointed.
:edit:
From what I hear they did a Siren cover up on the Advance version and also took out a suicide attempt. I am not going into much more detail on that one though haha.

Damn I think I seriously messed up some where though LOL got a guide on game faqs and what is supposed to happen isnt LOL. Think I might just wait and restart when my copy of anthology gets here, but that one doesnt have the dragon den from what I understand.. dang this make me mad shouldnt have sped through it..
LOL so I think I am going to forget about using a guide on this run though, its way to hard to jump in half way through the game so I think I will just keep playing this one and use the guide on my next run through or when I play the playstation verison. But what I am to understand is that the dragon den is not in the playstation version
