Batman: Arkham Origins

Those Batman Arkham Game overs really rub it in your faces, they're great. But you cant have a thread like this and not mention this one.

The game over theme from Megaman 2 is one of my favorites, even though it's like 5 seconds long and loops over and over.

The two that have always stood out to me have been the one from Donkey Kong Country and the ones from the Metal Gear Solid series, especially the third one.

"Snake? Snake!? Snaaaaaaaaaaake!"

Very memorable.

I've enjoyed all the death scenes from The Evil Whitin. If you haven't had the pleasure of seeing yourself getting mutilated, well, here it be!

Even though this was not asked, I would like to point out, the most annoying/worst death scenes would have go to the GTA games. For one it was always frustrating, for me that is, to get chased and killed by the cops. After killing you, they proceed to just keep on shooting you 5 to 10 seconds after you have already died.
