Video Game Twins

For fun, can you think of any game character doubles?

For example, I realized Sue from Grandia is similar to Eiko from IX.

Other similarities:
-They're both young
-They both have Purple hair
-Eiko has Mog as a best friend while Sue has Puffy
-Both wear bow's (Although, Sue's is technically Puffy.)
-Both are infatuated/ look up to the protagonist of their games, Eiko>>Zidane; Sue>>Justin

I had more in mind when I thought to make a thread like this, but I forgot now bahaha.

I think I would be cheating if I said Sonic + Knuckles, Mario + Wario, Dr. Light + Dr. Wily, Mega Man + Zero (I just realized Mega Man + Stragos, FFVI. Mega Man was the best ever in enemy skills, and he wasn't even casting magic; they both dress well in 16-bit high def.), Dio + Mel (they are twins, 13), and the main characters from Metroid and Halo.

One good double that comes to my mind right now is Elk (.hack) and Sakubo (.hack//GU). This might be a little unfair since it was the same saga, but each are in different series.

Both are infatuated with another character. Elk was always looking up to Mia and following her around. Sakubo was obsessed with Endrance. Both were magic skill users. Both had a crush on a character who uses a single-handed sword.

I believe Endrance is Elk 7 years in the future.

The Dot hack saga also had other doubles: Mimiru + BlackRose, Tsukasa + Elk (appearance and class), Shino + Atoli (these are pretty much all on purpose), and Subaru + Terajima Ryoko.

All are cute, all are skiiny and short(not a bad thing) and all don't know how to shut p...>.>

One set of twins I noticed was Edea from Final Fantasy VIII and Lulu from Final Fantasy X (who also made a guest appearance in X-2). Their clothes are similiar, their attitudes are alike, and they sort of look the same as well.

Another is Zell (Final Fantasy VIII) and Wakka (Final Fantasy X, X-2). They don't look quite alike, but they do have similiar hair.

Another that some poeple have written about is Rinoa (Final Fantasy VIII) and Princess Garnet (Final Fantasy IX).

If I think of more, I will definitely post them.

Professor Hojo (FF VII) and Vexen (KH:CoM)

While these two only have scant similarities in terms of their looks, they're sort of VG twins in other ways, such as both being:

Mad scientists
Possess a stupid laugh
Performed experiments involving young men with silver hair

Anyway, I'm surprised no one has mentioned Hope and Vann. They are both basically kids with short silver(white) hair. They're personalities are somewhat the same from what I've seen but I don't know too much about Hope. They seem to both be semi-whiny but willing to finish the mission.

I could start the shocking resembalance between Marquis Elmdore de Limberry and Sephiroth but I don't feel like talking about them. -.-

Yea. I totally forgot about that one. Elmdore also had the long-white hair, and he started with a black robe and a Muramasa. It reminded me of the long coat Sephiroth wore. He was also a master swordsman known as an Arc Knight. In the last fights against, he has equiped the Masamune. This is the only place to get that sword other than the Deep Dungeon. Both Elmdore and Sephiroth speak of the "promised land" (prove me wrong) and are beaten by characters with short blond hair. Sephiroth searched for black materia, while Elmdore kept one of the dark Zodiac stones. Elmdore on any game version (FFT) basically looked like the 16-bit version of Sephiroth.

...hhggmm...how I miss 16-bits. I used to come straight home and grab my awaited cartridges and shower in the warmth of 16-bit High Definition Graphics.

Kite(.hack) and Sora(KH) share similar qualities of loyalty to their friends, and the willingness to do whatever it takes to save them. They are also about the same age (Sora was 14 in the first KH and Kite was in the 8th grade during the first .hack game) and have been entrusted with a special weapon (data drain/keyblade) that they and very few others can use. Both of them have been chosen by fate, and have been reluctantly given their abilities. Both of them also go on the brink of death in order to save their loved ones as well (Sora turning into a heartless, Kite getting Data Drained by Corbinek in the final battle). Both of them have an older friend whom they share a rivalry with at times (Orca/Riku), which both Kite and Sora end up trying to save.

That's all I can think of atm, but both people have very similar traits and both games came out about the same time as well.

Laguna Loire(Final Fantasy VIII), Vayne Solidor(Final Fantasy XII), & The Conqueror(The Last Remnant).

It is all in the hair. The Conqueror looks like Vayne Novus a bit but not as muscular, as if he stopped mid transformation. Vayne Novus reminded me of Broly (DBZ) when I first played Final Fantasy XII.

Kadaj (Not sure if it counts as a video game character) and Raiden.

They're like clones in hair stylings, they have similar voices and they both wield kattanas.

(But Kadaj is not quite awesome enough to have an HF Blade )

One I always thought about was Sion from The Bouncer and Sora from Kingdom Hearts. Though there is a clear age difference, they both look very similar.

Also, Edge Maverick from Star Ocean: The Last Hope and Hope from FFXIII. If only they had the same hair colour.

Lightning and Cloud. They are practicaly, if not literally, twins. Unfortunately, I feel that Lightning has too much of Cloud in her, she some times feels like a clone of Cloud.

I've always thought Seymore from X and Vayne from XII were quite alike apart from appearences obiviously. They both have diplomatic power, convince the general population that they're to be trusted
