One and only rule, post the ones you yourself create, I'm sure at one point all of use came with something while playing various games.
What's with all those med-packs in Dead Space 3? By the time I reached the last few chapters of Dead Space and Dead Space 2 I had a solid amount of med-packs in my safe, just enough to feel comfortable in that regard as I progress further on. In Dead Space 3 I had as many just in first few chapters, by the time I reached the end I had so many med-pack I possibly knew what to do with, funny thing is, I was in position to create a lot more.
