Tales of Hearts R Confirmed for Release in the West

Namco Bandai and Hideo Baba has announced that one of the Vita Tales remakes will be localized for Western audiences. Tales of Hearts was originally released for the DS back in 2008 and later received an update with a Vita remake for the game as Tales of Hearts R, which saw release last year in Japan. The rising popularity of the Tales series outside of Japan and Namco Bandai's willingness to start bringing more Tales games out raised the hope that the Vita games might see release, as it had remained in Japan on the DS. Vita owners will be able to enjoy another Tales game this winter.

Tales of Innocence R was the other Vita remake which remains unknown, but hopeful for Tales fans.
