Sonic Lost World ‘Colors’ Trailer

Sega has released a new trailer for Sonic Lost World, showing Sonic’s new and returning power-ups.

Sonic can conquer the sky by transforming into an eagle, unleash the cosmos by creating an enemy-destroying energy field, or master the beat by transforming into a music note. Returning powers from Sonic Colors include drilling and lasering.

Sonic Lost World is due out for Wii U and 3DS on October 22.

I quite enjoyed Sonic Generations, only Sonic game I played for that matter, this one looks to be great as well, shame though it's a WiiU/3DS exclusive.

I really enjoyed playing the day time levels of Sonic Unleashed, which shows that when Sega actually focus on what Sonic is about (running really fast, collecting rings etc) and not come up with all these other gimmicks, it is possible to have a good Sonic game.

I don't know how I feel about the flying parts in this one but I hope they put the time into making it actually decent/easy to control. I'm kinda getting a Kirby vibe about these new power-ups though. Let's see how it turns out.
