From what I understand you can choose either side (like you can with what military side you choose).
The website I read from made it sound like choosing an Angelic or Demonic side, but I don't quite see it as being that way.

I am so looking foward to this. It's looking like it's adding a heck of a lot of content to an already full game.
The only thing I am not happy with is that it is a timed exclusive. I would have liked to have played on my PS3 version (which is the one I have put the most time into). I am content with it being on Xbox, but would have preferred it to have not have been timed exclusive.

Yeah, I almost purchased Skyrim while it was on sale on Steam just for the perks of greater graphics. But this makes me sort of glad I bought it for 360. At least I'll have it before everyone else.
I'll still probably end up getting it on PC when the price drops for Skyrim.

I would assume you could choose either side. That's how they did it with Bloodmoon, could either go the wolf route or remain a boring mortal. I'm hoping its the case, because I totally wanna play as a whateverthe****thatwas. Cause it looked badass. And yeah, I actually got the 360 version just for the DLC coming to it first. Definitely looking forward to this.

...XBox exclusive? MOTHER ****ER. I only own a PS3. I suppose Bethesda is either partially or fully owned by Microsoft though, IIRC, so makes sense. Still, that looks bad ass, especially that vampire form. Looks demonic. Bet my guy from vanilla would go that route. I am disappoint that I won't be able to play it. Anyhoo...

Looks really good. I'm definitely trying the vampiric/demonic path.
Thought I would bump this now that it is out for Xbox (glad I bought it on Xbox as well, as PS3/PC won't be getting it for another 30 days).
I am now downloading it (thoughts will be coming later), but for those that have already got it, what are your thoughts so far?
I'm stoked, I have to admit. I played Skyrim until it got boring from countless play throughs, but this shit looks epic. I'm not sure which side I'll play first (probably whateverthe**** demon thing that shit was). I have to say after playing a few other games since Skyrim, I find the actual gameplay kind of dull in comparison. The story and graphics are amazing, but the "target, aim, attack" logistics are kind of monotonous.
However, that won't stop me from playing the expansion, but I have to wait another thirty days, wtf. =[
