I have two PSP systems, both of which I love for different reasons.

- A PSP 3000 series console as it can play any game released for PSP - both retail and digital.

It's disadvantages are it has less features then the PSP Go and you have to buy a memory stick separately - it has no internal memory built in whatsoever. It can however play ANY PSP game as I mentioned above, though tends to be my last resort due to what the PSP Go offers.

- A PSP Go as it has 16gb internal memory (flash memory so the read times are great) that can only play games downloaded from the PSN store.

It's two disadvantages are that you're limited to titles from the PSN store - the library of titles isn't bad, but it is much smaller than using physical titles and you can't shop around for a cheaper price on games and that it uses a proprietary multi-use connector for power and at least one other accessory, so unless you purchase a peripheral that allows you to use older PSP accessories you cannot have TV-out and the charger in at the same time (I suppose it's not too bad as the battery lasts a long time on a single charge, but some heavy users will notice it). That said, the screen is smaller and of the same resolution meaning a sharper picture, the controls are tighter, it's considerably more portable (both because of how tiny it is and you don't need to carry UMDs around) and the device has bluetooth compatibility (one of my favourite things is the ability to more easily pair a PS3 Dualshock 3 controller or bluetooth headset to the Go). No UMDs means it also runs silently, though the same can be said for older PSPs running downloaded titles.
