I love my Mega Aggron, it's Defense is already boosted by it's nature (around 360 in 'normal mode') and with its new ability it can take a hit like it was nothing.

The Super Training mini game was a great idea too. I can actually EV train my team for the first time, and from the start of the game too.

It's max defense with beneficial nature, EVs and IVs at level 100 is like 614 or some ridiculous shit. And it's attack can go just under 380 (assuming the defense benefitting nature, it can break 410 with an attack benefitting nature) And on the off chance he's up against something that can actually exploit a weakness and do real damage, you can just metal burst their ***** ass attacks right the **** back at em. That's assuming of course it isn't some noob lightweight who you can just Heavy Slam into oblivion.

Get yourself a goddamn Aggron!

The sad thing is Pokemon is the only RPG left that I enjoy playing, all other series have morphed into a gameplay style I don't enjoy "cough" final fantasy"cough" so I'll likely be picking this up, its out in Europe yeah? And is for the 3ds? I'm in Argentina at the mo so only access I have for research is my mobile, which is tedious for browsing

Yeah it got a world wide release on the 12th of October, and you can only get it for the 3DS.

I'm not saying that I only got a 3DS for Pokemon but...it is the only game I have for it right now lol. TBF I've only had the 3DS for a few weeks. Definitely did an amazing job with this Pokemon gen. Finally, the 3D sprites we've all been waiting for!

That said, I do think the story mode is way too easy, especially with Exp. Share and Megas. But they more than make up for it with other things. Super Training is fantastic. The old EV training method was ridiculous and thankfully, now obsolete. It's easier than ever to make competitive teams. Maxxing affection in Pokemon Amie is also some serious battle hax lol, your Pokemon will occasionally heal themselves from status moves, evade attacks or land crits. I don't think it procs in WiFi battle though, but I honestly haven't done any of those yet.

I'm making my first non-story team right now, actually. Would anyone want to exchange codes for trade/battle/friend safari? I won't be able to battle with my team for awhile though, as I've hit a snag. I need a Froakie with the Protean ability.

I'd be happy to trade if anyone has one or can get one via a Friend Safari for me. I can offer a number of flawless/near-flawless Pokemon, including Wish Eevee. Oh and I have a Lapras with Freeze Dry I could breed.

I've played it and I'm on my way to the 8th gym (or did I finish it) and once I beat the Elite 4 and everything I'll begin doing my EV training with my pokemon of choice.

I haven't played it yet cause I am not cool, and do not own a 3DS. I am thinking about going out and buying myself a 2DS just pokemon. No reason to spend a ton of money if all I want to play is Pokemon.
