a.k.a. Metal Gear Solid V. I'm surprised nobody has posted anything about this.
Shown at the VGA's, this trailer by the name of "The Phantom Pain" depicts some pretty weird stuff, and may look like a new IP to someone unfamiliar with the series, but certain things should look familiar to anyone who's played their fair share of Metal Gear Solid. Evidence points towards this being Metal Gear Solid V, mainly the indents in the title. Whether V stands for 5 or something else, we'll have to wait for more information to know. Pretty sure it's running on Kojima's new FOX Engine. Interestingly, neither Kojima nor Konami seem to have claimed having anything to do with it.
Now that I think about it, I don't think there was a post about Ground Zeroes either, so I'll just throw in a link to a video of that as well.

Showing off Kojima Production's new FOX Engine is this beautiful trailer of "Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes". This seems to take place after Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. I suspect these may actually be different parts of the same game. I believe "prelude to Metal Gear Solid 5" is the way this has been called. Initially that sounded like it would be a separate game, but now it sounds like it may be a prologue much like MGS2's Tanker mission.
Both games(?) seem to be heading to PS3 and Xbox 360.
Come on, I know some people on here love MGS.
