My gorgeous girlfriend pre-ordered my Vita for me. Now its just a matter of waiting. Not too sure about the fighter. Every fighter game I've played sucks in comparison to tekken (3 and beyond). All fighting seems really limited and claggy except for tekken. Hopefully this will be enjoyable though.
Me want the fighter. Me want it very much. <3

Will probably main Kanji. Beating people up with chairs should be good fun! I just know I'll probably be terrible at it since I'm fairly awful at Blazblue, though. :|
Gonna main Chie and teach people to fear her Trial of the Dragon. Though I wonder who her BB equivalent would be.
A Vita would be nice... too bad it's $$$$$.

Agreeing with Soldier on this one. I'd love a Vita if it didn't cost soo much to pick up P4. I couldn't find it anywhere in the small cluster of towns and cities in the Maritimes so hopefully it'll show up with the Vita.

Ive played every fighting game ever created. And the Japanese play tournaments in SSF4AE and SF3 Third Strike for a reason. They spend 95% of their time playing these games and then play the other 5% of their time destroying tekken/MK players etc in their own games as a pass time.
If you want a good fighting game that is easy enough to play, extremeley balanced, flows well and is fun play SSF4 or SSF4AE. Its like any other fighting game at first. But once you pick it up its brilliant. I highly suggest this. Ive clocked thousands of hours on fighting games and every pro fighting genre gamer will agree these are the best current games. Try them out

If you don't plan on clocking time on them however play MK9. It is a basic current game, and although it has many flaws it is easy to pick up. If your searching for something inbetween theres always Blaze Blue. Clocked 100 hours on it but it just wasn't good enough so I gave it up xD
Also never play on an XBOX controller. THIS IS NOT A FRIGGEN FAN WAR. XBOX controllers are just not designed for fighting games. And if you plan on playing them serious an XBOX controller is completely useless. You need a PS3 controller, an arcade stick, some uba expensive PS3 like controller for the XBOX or a cheap ass MADCATS controller.
And seriously, im not being funny, but if you think Tekken is a good fighting game you are seriously missinformed or lack alot of experiance... xD
