So I started a new game and its been awhile since I've played. How do I defeat Gohma again? I am unable to locate his weak point and all I know how to do is to attack the eggs he sends out. If anyone could provide some useful tips that would be great!

When Gohma is on the ceiling, use the Slingshot to shoot her in the eye. This will blind her and cause her to to the floor. Then, use your sword to finish the job. It will take a couple round to do this.

Hey, that's the same game I had trouble with! (that is if it's the one for the N-64) I recall quitting the thing in anger just at that exact point in the story. Too bad I didn't have the forums back then.
