Do you mean like psp as a controller for ps3? ANyway i tried it since my friend has ps3 and i have psp and it didnt get us anywhere so we gave up he already had 4 controllers anyway but we weere curious so i would say no since it didnt work for me but it might be possible i know its suppose to.
