I'm surprised none of you mentioned Conker's Bad Fur Day.
It's quite possibly one of the funniest games ever.

Conker's bad fur day IS the funniest game ever lol. But I actually found a lot of humor in the Devil May Cry games...Just Dante's Laid back attitude made most of the games seem like he took it all as a joke, which, it's very possible he did. A very " get it done and over with " type of humor.

Hmm, Disgaea hasn't been brought up yet, that game is too funny. I mean its got suicidal penguins(the Prinnys), the version of the power rangers, a character that claims to be "the Defender of the Earth", a "trainee" angel sent to assassinate an overlord, all mixed together with with demons and devils who sit in a courtroom and yell Yes! and No! at you when you ask them something. It's hilarious!~

Jazz Jackrabbit, Final Fantasy V and IX. And The Settlers-series were humorous, too, in a very childlike-cuteness-way.
