If it is a US game, I will send bug reports and other tidbits to them. If it is a Japanese company, I will not. Their "JPN onry" mindset is too much of a hassle. Square Enix is a fine example of that.
Do any of you guys email game companies either asking them or requesting them different things? If so do you like to send messages to game companies like nintendo, sony, microsoft, etc? if not what do you dislike about it?
I like to, once in a while, write an email to nintendo requesting different virtual console games. Today I got a reply from one of the customer service reps about the game i requested and it was a nice one too.
my conversation with customer service
Spoiler: Me: "Hello, I had a few questions concerning an N64 title. Will Bomberman 64 ever see the light of day on the VC? and if not, is there a possibility it will come to the 3DS?"
Customer Service Rep: "Hello,
I completely understand why you’d want to see Bomberman 64 added to the Wii’s Virtual Console, so I’m happy to forward your comments to be added to the record of feedback about the service!
Of course, even though your feedback has been forwarded, I can only speculate when or if Bomberman 64 will become available. There are many possible difficulties in getting a game cleared for inclusion, but I want to assure you that we are working hard to get the best games on the Virtual Console in a way that makes sense for us, our partners, and you.
For more details about the Virtual Console, including an updated list of available software titles, check out the following web page:
New Virtual Console titles should continue to be released weekly across all systems, so there's hope that the title you're looking for will eventually appear. As for the possibility of a Bomberman game being released on the Nintendo 3DS, there has been no announcement regarding it. Keep checking our website (Country Selector at Nintendo) for all the latest updates and announcements!."

I've had to get in touch with some people at EA when I was having some trouble with my Sims 3 game. This was back when it was first released, and I was having trouble downloading things from the Exchange to put in my game. They told me my driver had to be updated, but when I did that, I was still having trouble. Finally, I figured out that I had to run my game as Administrator to get it to work.
Also, when I was younger I wrote a letter to Nintendo Power. I never got published though.

I may try to make friends with the odd developer on some game forums, partially in an attempt to get early information. It's worked a few times, but other times they figure you out and give you false info for the laughs.
Haven't had any luck with any SE developers yet though...

My buddy was playing Just Cause 2 and he decided that he would like to see an Iron Man add-on so that you could fly around in the Iron Suit so he emailed Square about it but never told me that he got a response or not. I've never emailed anything to anyone though but I should when I have the urge. Good response from Nintendo though I like that they responded and appeared like they care a lot about the fans.
Wanna Know More:
I find that things like the Playstation Blog are excellent ways to pitch ideas/complaints/suggestions/whatever to developers and publishers. I myself have had some good conversations with Tom French of the former Pandemic and Aaron Webber of Sega (not to mention people at Sony, except Grace Chen; she never responds). I don't think anything changed as a result of those conversations, but it was nice to be able to put a human face (or more accurately, a human reaction) to a company.

Until now!
After playing "50 Cent: Blood on the Sand" I e-mailed THQ about 50 times just with the message "MAKE MORE 50 CENT GAMES MAKE MORE 50 CENT GAMES MAKE MORE 50 CENT GAMES MAKE MORE 50 CENT GAMES MAKE MORE 50 CENT GAMES MAKE MORE 50 CENT GAMES MAKE MORE 50 CENT GAMES MAKE MORE 50 CENT GAMES MAKE MORE 50 CENT GAMES"
They never responded to me.
Let's go into the "archives" in "Washington D.C." and find out how people "masturbated" in the "roaring 20's."
Crao Porr Cock8. Bitch.
More 50 cent games are needed. It's a fact. I'm going to e-mail his posse right after this.
I have never contacted a game company... but I did get a letter published in PSM when it was still around. They printed my idea for a new style kart racing game and said it was a good idea. I felt... special. haha
No, since many give an option to vote online too. If someone doesnt want to pay for a text, then they should get online and vote that way,
