Daaaaaamn, Ammy looks great, and is that Issun I hear, in English? It's weird because you can also hear him in Thor's (but not in the gameplay vid). No idea what's going on there.

BTW, Gamersyde has full HD Videos at 60fps (much smoother than Youtube's 30fps) and artwork for download

Re: Marvel vs Capcom 3: The Fate of Two Worlds - Are you ready, True Believers?

I'll just say one thing: if Capcom finally allows one of the Breath of Fire characters as a playable fighter in MvC3, I'll definitely drop a motherload of quarters just to get acquainted with the game.

    First and foremost: DEADPOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! YAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY!!!

While the big news seems to be Thor and Ammy, the one point that really caught me was Deadpool. Now I've seen everything.

(I also heard a rumor that the JP voice actor of Deadpool was Nobutoshi Canna. If so, that makes me doubly happy!)

Something I noticed from the vids: it seems that Dante and Deadpool have a similar move set, with various differences (Dante uses more acrobatic styles and swords while Deadpool uses more guns and teleportations). Still, the "Jackpot!!" and the "BANG...BANG, BA-BA-BANG, BANG!!!" super moves are almost carbon copies of each other.

Also, Iron Man's Proton Cannon looks pretty. Too bad the second super move was removed for an AA Proton Cannon...
Delivering scathing wit as a Rogue using Sneak Attack.

Pester me on the Giant in the Playground Forums if you really need me.

    The Final Boss Theorem:
The size of the ultimate form of the final boss is inversely proportional to it's chances of actually beating your party. If you agree with this, please copy and paste this valuable piece of info on your sig. AND, if you're evil and villainous...never settle for a big form when a smaller form is more kickass...

'Tis a shame I can only place names now...:
Silver, Omnitense, Govinda, Aerif, Meier Link,
(whatever is the name of) The Stig, Grizzly, Fishie,
Craven, Spiral Architect, Flash AND Froggie.

    Spaces still available. Join today!!

Nomu-baka, this is FAR from over...:

Not quite 100% confirmed, but no "red flags" seem to be going off as far legitimacy. Seems weird we haven't got a full scan so late in the week. But, there's two different cam shots which have shown up Don't even know what magazine it's from

basically what the article is is a look at the history of the fantastic four + an interview with ryota niitsuma where he discusses the influence of fantastic four within marvel vs capcom 3.

niitsuma runs through the playable fantastic four cast of doom, skrull, and he talks about silver surfer, who will be shown off later this month. there are no screens of him, just a little portrait thing along with the other two.

nothing new really about doom, but niitsuma said they've added a lot more attacks to skrull since the last public build including several invisible woman techniques.

silver surfer is very quick and has a unique playstyle. he is never standing on the ground. he is always hovering on his board. niitsuma said that silver surfer is more of a character to be played by advanced players. he recommends dr doom to fantastic four fans who are new to the vs series.

also, niitsuma said the fantastic four play a major role within the basic plotline of arcade mode, and that the final boss should be familiar to fans of fantastic four.

To bad Roll is being taken out. Tatsunoko vs Capcom had a better Roll.

If only Nightcrawler was put into this game then I can finally have Nightcrawler vs Bison.
