Last sweet deal you got on a game

The last sweet deal I got was from nintendo's club Nintendo dealie and just last month one of their rewards was majora's mask which went for 160 play coins. Since I had coins in my account for a year now I had enough to claim it so, technically speaking, I got it way cheaper than putting out 1000 wii points for it

A local pawnbrokers sold me Final Fantasy IV Advance for just £5 a few years back. If you bought that on Amazon now the price would be ridiculous. And back in January 2007, I picked up Devil May Cry 3 Special Edition for just £5.

I managed to pick up an old Sega Mega Drive (Genesis) for £20 a couple years back. I can pick up games for no morr than £8 at the second-hand shops. :-)

i got FFIV for the DS when it first came out off ebay for 1p. It was like, 4.99 delivery, but still a fiver wasnt bad

I think i just got randomly lucky, it was imported and there was no description whatsover for it. So I just thought **** it, take a risk, if it comes and its like all japanese or some shit then its only a fiver wasted.

It came and it was fine, i was happy

Ive just recently bought the guide off ebay for it though, that just set me back 20 quid.... bah

Sweet Deals:

I bought myself Project Gotham Racing from eBay for $1.30 (plus $3.00 shipping) Brand New for Christmas.

Gran Turismo 2 and Gran Turismo 3 cost me a total of $5.00 from Amazon, and both were in "Like New" condition.

Not so Sweet Deals:

I bought a 3-Game Pack for $20 at KMart once. I was all "I am paying less than $7.00 for each game! That's a steal!" Unfortunately, the games were King of Fighters XI, Th3 Plan, and TriggerMan. Not exactly the greatest games in the world. I get them out once in a while to play when I get bored. But seriously, doing chores is more fun than playing these games.

Are you kidding? I replaced mine back in 2005 and it was only £12.99. If you're in a Gamestation that still sells retro games, the Mega Drive games are generally between 50p and £2. The rarer ones go for about £5 at the most.

I went to Goodwill a while back and found a MINT CONDITION copy of Final Fantasy VII for 7 dollars.

Along side it was a copy of parasite eve. Same Price.

One of my friends was crazy enough to sell me a brand new N64 along with Pokemon Stadium 1&2, Mario Kart 64 and FIFA 99, also a GameBoy along with Double Dragon II, Max, MegaMan and International SuperStar Soccer 98, all for 50 KM (35$).

Battlefield 3 was 20 bucks at best buy for xmas. Pretty sweet deal, i bought it for a friend (he gave me the money) so i could cut in line.

Diablo's expansion Hellfire (which isn't exactly cheap brand new anymore) was at a local hand me down shop. It was still in its wrap, so how it exactly got there i don't know, but i bought it for 5 bucks. Pretty disappointed with the expansion, but hey $5 bucks for a couple hours addition to a great game is fine with me.

Bought Super Metroid, Mario Kart, and Megaman X from local music shop that buy and sells old games/music. Got all 3 for under 10 bucks.

Got Fire Emblem Sacred Stones off ebay brand new for like 15 bucks.

When i had some friends working at a local gamestop they use to give me free $5 reservations on games. They both got fired after a couple of months haha.

Lastly i got Halo 3 Legendary Edition for $90 a days after release. Friend bought it played it for like 3 days and hated it. Offered it to me.

Guess that wasn't exactly LAST sweet deal i got, but it was a pretty short list anyways.
