The Last Guardian

This game has been a driving motivation for me to get a ps3 haha [plus ffXiii]. It was announced at E3, it is the third in a somewhat trilogy [they crowned it Trico] to the pehenomonal Ico and Shadow of The Colossus. If you have no idea what im talking about, drop what your doing and go buy them both!! Go on youtube and watch the trailer and tell me it doesn't give you chills haha

Plus the giant Dog-bird thing xD. Am I the only one this excited??

heheh...It looks nice and everything, but don't tell me I'm the only one who thinks the dog/bird/fox/hyena thing is going to die. The whole game gives off that "lonely and depressing" feel.

To be honest, I was ****ing waiting for a sequel to shadow of the colossus.

Yeah its obvious that whatever the hell it is it will be dead haha, the last two games had sad storylines.
Yeah, i was kinda hoping maybe they could make a sequel thatd tie all three together? Idk how they can call it a trilogy, i don't know

I've seen the trailor, and it looks pretty good. This may not be the game to convince me to buy a PS3, but it's still too early to say.

I loved SotC and ICO, so this new game has a pretty good legacy to start from.

I saw it in the latest GI and it does look really cool. I already have a PS3 so I'll more than likely be picking it up. I can already tell it'll have a wicked sad ending but SotC was like that too, so...

In the meantime I'll check that trailer out. Just to further depress myself. XD

I was unsure of making a new thread about this, or going ahead and just updating this one, but I decided that this was still an alright thread. ^^

Anyway, this year's TGS saw a whole lot of Team ICO goodness, and among that sweet, sweet goodness was more information about their latest project The Last Guardian!

So what about that release date, eh? Well... There's not really a specific one to speak of as of yet. All we have is "Holiday 2011", which sounds like a far ways off...but we still have the Team ICO HD collection of ICO/SotC to look forward too!
