Did you install the DLC packs? Cause they should work. Although I think they should auto-install after they download, but I don't remember how that all works on the xbox.
Ok so I've bought and downloaded all 4 of the DLC packs. I've sat down to play, big grin on my face, only when I loaded the game I couldn't get to the places. I searched online and know they should appear on my fast-travel thing. They aren't there; no jakobs cove, no t-bone junction... Nothing. Does anybody know what's going on and how to solve this riddle? At the mo I just feel like I've wasted my money and time.
Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, some places online said to do that but I assumed that was just for PC. Xbox usually installs as soon as you download. It's irritating me to the point of abandonment now. I can't think what else it could be. If I do have to install them manually then I don't know how to do it.Originally Posted by Victoria
Uhm, you go to the downloads section and click install? o.O
It shouldn't be that hard.
Active downloads? There's nothing there. Like I said I've downloaded them already, they're even saved into the Borderlands file on my HDD. There's something dodgy going on. Is there any way that after it has downloaded I'd still have to install? It's confusing as hell, I've never had this problem with any other DLC.Originally Posted by Victoria
All I can say is to try and re-download it again. Cause once you buy the DLC, you don't have to buy it again.
Did you patch Borderlands yet? I assume it patched when you ran the game...but you never know.
But no, not active downloads. I said the downloads page. And if there isn't a page like that on the 360, go to the store like you're going to buy it again and see if you can re-download/install it from there.
But there should be some kind of program/games tab that the DLC is on.
It did patch but since then I've stayed offline. I'll try logging in again and see if there's a patch I missed or something. Good idea.
Yeah, there's no specific 'downloads' page like PC's and, I assume, PS3's. It all just gets dumped in one Borderlands file along with saved games and such.
Anywho, I'll try for a patch. If not then re-installing is my next option. Thanks for your help Victoria.
I've already said that. Lol. That's where it is but there isn't an install option, it just shows what you have saved. I've yet to check for a patch but some people have said that's what will clear this whole thing up. After I've finished my solid week of work I'll get on that and say when I've solved the problem.
Gypsy Elder is my awesome TFF sister.
We have a faithful dog, Calvan, to keep us company.
Another option is to just delete borderlands entirely from your system, including the DLC and re-install/re-download everything.
Also, did you start a new game of borderlands after you installed the dlc? If not, maybe that's what you have to do. o_o
