My tv is at the foot of my bed, so I almost always lay on my stomach. If my TV was bigger, or if my systems were in the living room with the bigger TV, I'd be sitting on my couch.

So ive been on the hunt for a new chair for when im gaming, i mainly pc game so its gonna have to be a PC like chair.
I've been eyeing up the DX racing chairs and AK racing, not sure what to go with, i hate shopping over the internet cause you cant try the stuff out or even see it in person. And you wont find these kind of quality chairs in shops.
Has anybody got any of these chairs or tried them?
Also what way do you sit/game? Whats your set up?
Feel free to post a pic of your set up/lair, i was going to post a pic of mine but will later as its an absolute mess at the moment.

This is my current setup. My chair isn't in the picture, but it is an uncomfortable piece of shit. One of my buddies has a DX Racer chair I sat in it for 10 minutes and it was the best thing I have ever experienced.

I rock a Herman Miller Aeron. They're pricey, like, 1000 USD pricey, but well worth it. Comfort is second to none, they're mesh back and seat, so it breathes unlike a leather chair, and it's a highly ergonomic design.

Thats the one ive been eyeing up, How tall are you Josh? I'm worried about being too tall for the Racing series, I'm 6'2 and trying to figure out if the chair would be the right size. Would you say id be ok in that chair?

Mesh chairs are always really expensive, and they're worth it. Much more ergonomic than any soft or hard plush, doesn't get hot like leather, and is all around great in a long-term use chair. I wouldn't use anything else for gaming.
This particular chair looks basic because it set the standard for office chairs. It's got your adjustable lumbar, tilt limiter, forward tilt, tilt tension, seat height adjustment, armrest height adjustment, arm rest swivel, it's designed to rock, it's really everything you could possibly want out of an office chair. I bought a second one for work. I spend an average of 12 hours a day in one of these, and they never get uncomfortable.

The vertical screens I just use for smaller apps and programs. I'd actually prefer to have them horizontal, but I don't have the space. I just had extra monitors around so I figured, why the **** not?

My buddy is a little taller than you and he has no issue with the chair. My television is literally at the foot of my bed. I game sitting/laying down on or in bed. When I get my own place, I want to convert a spare room or corner of the lounge into a proper battle station. Me and my partner have three televisions, and I plot to have one hanging on a wall above a tv stand with the other two on for optimal two player gaming and series binging. xD;
I don't yet have a gaming PC, but I do have a laptop that's up to scratch and plays most of the games I want. But I have a PS3, PS4, 360, Xbox One and Wii U set up to my television, and a 3DS and Vita around for some handheld gaming.
As for chairs, I'd also go for something meshy. I can't recommend anything, but I've sat in one, and you do feel cool if you're sitting in one for long periods of time, especially more so if you have AC set up in the same room. It's like the ultimate breathable freedom for your tooshie. Leather/fabric ones get too warm.

I love my PC. Thing's a ****ing monster. 32gb RAM, 1TB SSD, 4TB HDD, i7 4770k, and 2 780TIs SLI graphics. I mod graphics on most of my games, and still can't even make them work for it.

I don't really have the room for a separate space just for gaming, everything is plugged into the main TV in the lounge. I don't have a gaming pc, my macbook can handle the few games I want to play but mostly I play console games. I spread myself out on the sofa when I play, maybe when I get my own place I'll have a separate space for gaming.
