Final Fantasy All the Bravest Freemium Unlocks

Who here was crazy enough to buy some premium chars and maps? I bought like 20 chars and 3 tickets. Couldn't help it, no matter how much of a money grabbing move that is from SE. Share your unlocks and discuss which ones are the best. One char's move I don't get is Tiffa's.

I beat that whole game in like 2 days of just passing time lol. I find the Payment for Special Characters a waste of money for the sheer fact that they are random, you can't choose which ones you want to use.

You can sort of choose. If you quit to map and restart the fight, you'll get a new random pick of chars. Reset a few times and you'll get your chars soon enough. It doesn't bother me as having to see all the same chars would get tiring. It adds variety to the mix. Gotta say I love some of the premium char's moves. Setzer's airship carpet bombing is awesome for one. Then there are a couple of really awesome summoning chars that do really cool summons. On from FF9, one from FF10 I think and another really cool one. They make battles really look epic when the attacks start rolling on the screen.

I unlocked all the premium stuff now as well. For such a simple game it's alot of money. I'm not going to hate on it because I'll tell you honestly that I do enjoy all the crazy action on the screen so I'm actually happy to have everything bought and unlocked. I know people will write dissertations on how this game is lacking in this and that and a dozen other things and how SE's standards have fallen next to nil, but this game isn't meant to be a serious, stand alone rpg. It's just a casual time killer on the phone. I know it's way overpriced, but it's still fun nonetheless. I mean who doesn't like to have all your favorite FF chars fighting together in unison, battling same iconic enemies from all FF's? It's nostalgia factor all the way and I gotta have'em all dammit. I gotta agree with one thing though, it is a bit of a dikc move to charge $50 for a fully unlocked version of this game. It should've been $20 all together tops to match the price of other mobile SE games. As a fan of SE, it doesn't bother me one bit anyways though. It's not much at all if you're having fun.

People actually play this, even worse, spend money on it? Goddamn! Plus, a game that literally, like literally plays itself... irony at its finest.

Woah now, I have to tap/slide my fingers to play! Once I beat this game I immediately uninstalled it.

Some people must be more fortunate then others.
Great game when taking a crap. Sometimes you just have to focus on the matter at hand.

This game doesn't play itself since no auto battle. You still have to rub your screen like a perv/maniac.

You just slide down your hand and your characters attack, you don't even have to be aware of what's going on as that pretty much sums up entire complexity and depth of this game, my cat can literaly play this game and win. If that's not definition of playing itself I don't know what it is. Also, you kinda shat on this game for exact same reason in similar thread, what changed?

This game isn't meant to be taken seriously and played like other FF's. It's a break from all of them. Yeah, I shat on it before because I wanted to be a full stand alone rpg like the other FF. It's not and I'm past the initial comparison shock. I just accept it now for what it is and am glad I can kill time occasionally with it. I don't want to kill time thinking and paying attention too much anyways. It can be pretty distracting when you're doing something else. I have other FF's for more serious gaming. This game is enjoyable in it's own way in a sense that it's a parody of other FF's as well. Everything is pretty much backwards in it and it's cool. You get tired of love hate relationship with other FF's where you grind, do things over, etc. Here it spins this whole thing around and makes action most important, not the rpg stuff. And the nostalgia factor of seeing same old sprites popping up and making screen light up the old way. Gives you appetite to play the other FF's and brings back good memories.

Yeah, this game could've been made to have more degree of control over your party, but total control wouldn't be posible for that size of a party with a quick pace like that. Sure, you could assign commands and variables to each party member, what to do in each situation or divide and control sectors of party members to do various group things, but the game would be totally different, not as fast paced and would require your constant attention. Maybe SE will make a game like that in the future. That would be nice to see happen.

This game is pretty challenging near the endgame in the other worlds. All enemies pretty much become powerful minibosses. I got frustrated kind of fast, but then I went after obtaining weapons from all the major bosses in the main quest. To my surprise my party became much stronger and I could again feel like I can fight more easily and less desparately. I had to use alot of hourglasses and even buy some (didn't want to wait), but in the end I got a hold of all the major and most powerful weaponry and my party is now back in the swing of things.

So a big hint to those struggling, especially with endgame or addon maps: farm for boss weapons or weapons of rare and tough enemies. This will help.

What has been really fun for me to do in the game is completing finding all the rare enemies and obtaining their weapons, partly because of the humorous descriptions for each weapon and partly because I'm a completionist and a fan of finding everything in an FF. I've almost accomplished this, but some enemies continue to elude me. Their spawns can be very or super rare and getting them to drop weapons even harder.

And there are times, rare times but still, when your party becomes completely a one job army. When that happens it can become OP, especially if the characters have fast recharge rates. Onion Knights armies are the most destructive, because they can jump back and forth into battle and recharge almost instantly. This is what I've witnessed:
