It's so weird how Xanadu, a series that has a history of fantasy based titles, is getting a modern day treatment, but at the same time, its pretty cool how Falcom is going about it.
I like the story setting so far, I hope it will turn out good.
Falcom has a New RPG IP Coming
Falcom, the creators behind the Ys series and the Legend of the Heroes series has announced that they have a brand new RPG coming for next year that is part of neither franchise. Announced as Tokyo Xanadu, it will be an action RPG that is set in the modern day Japan. The setting will be Morimiya City located in Tokyo. Two high school students, Koh and Asuka, will discover the world of Xanadu.
