Console Help!

I've decided to make this thread so that anyone with console difficulties can view this and type in their console difficulties or errors.

Others can reply with help as to how to help out with this "situation". The reasonf or making this thread is to help help threads to a minimum and therefore keeping them nice and tidy in one thread. ^_^;;;;; ...

I will be moving any individual console help threads into this one.

(This also counts for controller, memory card, and disk advise and help.)
