I'll play each way at least once if I like the game enough, but I can be good or evil on my first playthrough depending on how entertaining the game is.

I particularly liked how The Bard's Tale (inXile game, not the original) could have you make a 'good choice' only for perhaps worse consequences. I think I loved that one solely for the humour.
