Planet Destroyer Black Heart (depending on it's localization the title might change), is the spin-off game from the Hyperdimension Neptunia series feature Black Heart/Noire, one of the popular characters from the main series. Noire is the representation of the Playstation consoles through the ages. In her own game, there will be new characters that continue the trend of having anime theme girls representing aspects of the video game industry, in this case it is popular franchises that have appeared on the Playstation platform.

There is Ester representing the Dragon Quest series, Moruu representing the Monster Hunter series, Sango representing the Dynasty Warriors series, Tsunemi representing the vocaloid series of games based on Miku Hatsune and other characters, and Rid representing the Metal Gear series.
