Anna Williams (Tekken) - Drastic change in her appearance (Tekken 5), for better obviously, is the main reason why I prefer her over her sister Nina.

Carla Valenti (Fahrenheit) - Made a rather cold atmosphere of Fahrenheit a lot hotter.

Chun-Li (Street Fighter) - Sure, she has huge fists and thick legs, but she's one fine lady if I may say so.

Elexis Sinclaire (SIN) - Never touched the games to be honest, though I saw her picture many times in Bug and Hacker magazine, and as nerdy as this sounds she looks goddamn amazing.

Quistis (Final Fantasy VIII) - As far as I'm concern, by far the most attractive girl in Final Fantasy franchise. Brains + looks + glasses + whip = epic combination.

Guy's

Gabranth (Final Fantasy XII) - one of few male characters in Final Fantasy franchise that doesn't look like a complete faggot. I also like his beard and accent.

Alastair (Dragon Age: Origins) - I always found him to be a rather neat character, and if my character has to have a gay relationship with anyone I chose him.
