lol I know Quistis made a similar thread awhile back but I can't find it, anyways her's was about casting a movie with TFF members playing the roles, but mine is videogame-themed instead. Post any videogame you like and choose tffers to be the characters and why. I'll start...

Ok, my game is gonna be Earthbound.

Ness - I think Sabin would be a good choice for Ness; Sabin's a big fan of the series and his picture with his baseball cap reminded me of him for some reason lol. I also think that Sabin battling hippies and demonic cars with a baseball bat would be funny as well.

Paula - This one would go to Dodie because she is a really overly nice person and seems like a homely girl from the south, just like her. Behind her super nice demeanor though lies hidden psychic powers of summoning great blizzards and walls of fire, which is really handy to have when youre out to save the world.

Jeff - This one goes to Joe, the genius who just wants to be loved but instead gets sent off to boarding school. He's really smart, just like Jeff, and can fix anything given the chance. Not only that, he's a loyal friend to the end and gets to use laser beams and guns for weapons, which sounds right up Joe's alley.

Poo - Hahah, um I'm gonna go with Nix because a) he's foreign and b) he recently climbed a mountain and c) Nix/Poo get all the ladies, so hey it works out.

Okies. I'm going to do my cast with the FFVII characters. =D

Cloud: loner kid, maybe? I was stuck between Vincent and Cloud. I picked Cloud because I remember thinking of you when making a "I'm not alone" banner back when I first started making them.
Barret: Secret Weapon! Even though he's not around very much at the moment, I cannot think of anyone else to fit this role more than him.
Tifa: Me, maybe. I don't really know. I just want an excuse to punch something.
Aeris: Dodie. Dodie is a really nice and sweet person. And she likes the colour pink.
Red XIII: Alpha, maybe? He's got the wise/knowledge part nailed down. Maybe not the animal part, but he can be voice actor at least.
Cait Sith: I don't think I'm that mean.
Yuffie: waterdragoon, because they come across as really playful.
Vincent: Rocky can do serious, right? xP Maybe Sinister?
Cid: chad could probably pull this one off. Or Polk.

Since i made a reply I should probably do a cast as well, the game will be Chrono Trigger!

The cast:
Rocky would be Crono as he would be a pretty good leader and probably has potential crazy spiked hair. (it could happen)

To keep the trend going i'm going to pit Dodie as Marle for the same reasons posted by others.

I would be Frog/Glenn because my personality would probably best match his

(insert female TFF nerd) for Lucca

Joe would be Robo because hes got awesome computing skills and sharp thinking.

any female on tff that has a wild crazy personality would be Ayla

and last but not least, Meier Link will portray Magus/Janus because he seems to be the best fit when I think of magus.

Well, after putting quite a bit of thought into this, I finally got my picks complete! So here we go. My video game cast with TFF members will be:

Super Mario RPG: The Legend of the Seven Stars!

Mario - Pete - Constantly helpful to many people. He can also handle the heat and dish it right back!

Mallow - Fate - Has a gentle and unassuming persona, but once you get to know him, he's one tough powder puff!

Geno - Ambassador from high above sent down to restore order and peace to the world. Able to see things in a "big picture" kind of way rather than focus solely on the "nuts and bolts" of things. After the adventure is over though, he's never heard from again. :/ I'm casting RamesesII in this role.... COME BACK AND POST MORE!!!!

Bowser - Tyrannical King of Koopas! Strong, forceful, and determined. Also, a bit of a romantic, haha. Able to put aside rivalry in order to defeat a common foe. For some reason, I wanna put Alpha in this role.

Toadstool - Violet - Damsel in Distress? Not likely! She's totally not afraid to stand her ground and slap around a few baddies when the need arises.

Booster - chad - Can be a little off-putting at first, but that's because he's often just misunderstood. Once you get to know him he's a pretty interesting guy, even though he's a bit odd at times.

Snifits #1, #2, and #3 - Joe, Rocky, and Polk. Mostly seen hanging around with Booster/chad. They're a team, and they work well together. Also, a nice trio of comic relief at times.

Frogfucious - Zeromune - Wise and able to offer good advice. He has a good sense of humor as well.

Croco - Telegraph - Can be a bit mischievous at times. Plus, he's elusive, since he's invisible and all. Youse mugs'll NEVER catch him!

Jonathan "Johnny" Jones - Loaf - He's a pirate, and pirates are awesome. Y'AAAAARRRR!

Axem Rangers:

Red - Total leader and all-around balanced fighter. Keeps his team in check, and can hold his own against those that oppose him. Sounds like Meier Link to me.

Black - Rocks a pair of badass shades, and has great speed. Not afraid to dish out some attitude when provoked. Gypsy Elder could be this character.

Yellow - With his high attack and defense, he's quite a challenge to people who are unprepared. Loves food. I'm thinkin' Sabin Rene Figaro for this role.

Green - Not much of a physical fighter, but his magic skills are second to none. A bit of a worrywart at times though. I'll cast ViviMasterMage for this.

Pink - I think I'll just put myself here. "We're GORGEOUS!" *Blows kiss*

After a few moments of pondering after I randomly decided I was going to do this, I guess I'll do... Sonic the Hedgehog. But only characters I feel like doing, selected from the game and the comic book. (I'm the moderator! I'll do what I want!)

Sonic: Chad. He's got the 'tude. And the sense of humor.
Tails: Soldier #819. The faithful younger friend.
Knuckles: Pete. He talks about beating people up all the time. I don't think he's been tricked by Robotnik, though...
Shadow: Sinister. Dark, brooding. Emo.
Robotnik/Eggman: I pick myself for this one.
Rouge the Bat: Who steals them chaos emeralds? ...Froggie?
Blaze the Cat: Some cool female member. Let's say Dragonheart.
Amy Rose: Violet. Both got a lot of spunk. Both can be really annoying... (nah, just joshin' ya. You're not reading this, though; you're "Taking a break from TFF" )
That one new raccoon character: Gypsy Elder. Lotsa energy, lotsa spunk.
Princess Sally: Oceaneyes. Spunky girl who's a leader, and royalty.
Bunnie Rabbot: Dodie16. A southern belle. With a robotic arm...? Who kicks serious ass.

FINAL FANTASY IV!!!!!

Cecil- A powerful knight that works for the king, but is eventually torn between the orders that he has been given and ends up going rogue to find and better himself. After realizing his potential, he ends up going on an epic quest to save the world, yada yada. I had a hard time picking someone for a deep character like Cecil but I think Joe is a good choice for him.

Kain- Loyal friend to Cecil. Fights for the attention of Rosa and ends up getting brainwashed, but after being saved, Kain is regretful of what he did to his friends and vows to help save the world. I picked Sabin, mostly because of his loyalty to friends.

Edge- Sexy ninja who like chasing women around (Rydia especially), has an outgoing personality and becomes the team's spark plug of sorts, giving them the much needed momentum. chad comes to mind.

Cid- Both Cid and the person I chose for him (Meier Link!) work on planes/airships, are caring and loud individuals, and both can throw heavy wrenches at people when the need arises.

Rydia- starting off as a timid summoner girl, but then after getting swallowed up by Leviathan, she becomes a badass woman with exotic green hair, whip skills, and powerful summons that decimate the masses (and a bamf 'tude to boot). I picked OceanEyes28!

Rosa- A kind white mage who is caring about her friends, but she still whoops butt with her bow and her White Magic. Dodie was first up in mind.

Edward- Bard that attacks monsters with the power(?) of his singing. He fails to save the love of his life but helps out Cecil from avoiding the same fate. I have no idea for this one actually, maybe like Ethan I guess? lol.

Palom & Porom- Two cheeky youngsters that end up helping Cecil back to greatness during the climb to Mt Ordeals. Azuteor and Howling Wind were the first that came to mind.

Yang- A karate master from a foreign land that can bring the pain with his fists and feet. A great warrior that respects Cecil and crew, and helps out during multiple parts of the game. Well, RagnaToad is pretty foreign lol , so he gets it.

Tellah- A great sage of his time that was (and still is I swear! ) a force to be reckoned with. I was thinking of older TFFers that have a tendancy to spout goofy stuff (YOU SPOONY BARD, etc) so I picked Telegraph.

FuSoYa- A sage that has been around for a long time and has mastery of all kinds of spells. He is somewhat of an enigma, but he ends up helping out Cecil and explaining the true evil that is going on. Um, LocoColt maybe? He pops in every now and then lol.

Golbez- The misguidedly evil brother of Cecil, Golbez is a cunning magician and cruel manipulator, but cares very deeply for his brother Cecil and is horrifed by his actions after coming to truth that he was brainwashed. idk why but I'm feeling Sinister for this one.

Barbariccia- The wind elemental fiend who uses her long hair as a form of attacking and defense, can summon tornadoes, has a thing for Kain and still has goofy post-death tricks up her sleeve. Hyzenthlay!

Rubicante- A tough but fair elemental fiend, follows the chivalry code and actually felt sympathy towards the fate of Edge's parents. He is a bit blunt as well and tells Edge that he is too emotional to be a worthy opponent, and promptly defeats him. Jin sounds like he could do well in this role.

Cagnazzo- Goofy turtle boss who uses big wave attacks and ends up getting the last laugh by closing the walls on Cecil and crew, forcing the twins to sacrifice themselves. Goofy and dangerous, sounds like a job for Gravis!

Scarmiglione- Makes hissing noises, check. Recurring boss, check. Cheap tricks and back attacks the party, check. Dies by falling off the mountain, check. Polk gets it.

Why do I keep on getting cast as old people?! *Grumble grumble* In my day... Anyhoo, Dodie told me I needed to do a There Will Be Brawl cast, or that she'd shoot me with her internet gun. Not a game, but based one, here we go...

First off, the main character, Luigi. A good man down on hard times, forced to do things that were once below him. ...gotta go with me. I mean, what other choices are there? I see myself in that role when I'm ridin' down town...

Second, the guy who's usually the main character. The ass kicker. The loose cannon. Mario. Gotta go with Pete.

Next is Princess Peach. The hope of the Mushroom Kingdom. The nice girl has been spotted sneaking out of her castle to spend the night in the apartment of a certain plumber... Dodie?

Next that Guido gangster and all around untrustworthy, unsavory character (and awesomely so) Wario. Walter Schobchak, or however it's spelt.

Afterwards is a psychotic cannibal who had to be locked up a la Hannibal Lectur. Kirby. ...I think Jin is appropriate here.

Hero of Time, now finding himself the police chief of the country that annexed his, and is bitter about it. Link. Let's say Lococolt. He once had his own forum...

Alongside the Hero of Time is that cross-dressing damsel who has taken to drinking since her kindgom was absorbed, Zelda. Oceaneyes is the one who comes to mind.

A proud policeman destined for greatness, Marth shall be played by Cain Highwind.

The last character's partner, Ike, shall be played by Andromeda.

A small, spherical being with glowing red eyes, a mask, and a big sword, obsessed with guarding his nemesis, the spectre, Meta Knight. Played by Sinister.

The young, innocent, loyal, and trusting to a fault, Pokemon Trainer shall be played by Soldier #819.

The once badass female space bounty hunter, now reduced to a stripper and escort (with a heart of gold!) Samus Aran... Sarah. Who hasn't been on in ages... oh well.

An angel and a (not so) innocent, Pit shall be played by Fate.

The badass. The one you don't want to mess with, or else you'll get PAUNCHED!! Captain Falcon shall be played by Meier Link.

Another who has relocated from the annexed country of Hyrule. He who lurks in the shadows, who wears the triforce around his neck, the treacherous Ganondorf. Played by Gravis.

Next, we have a shady immigrant scum of a fur--anthropomorphic character. Dealing black market goods. His name spells trouble. A far cry from the hero he was in a past life, Fox McCloud shall be played once more by Rocky.

Alongside Fox is his faithful friend with a bit of an itchy trigger finger, Falco Lombardi. As interpreted by Polk.

The third in the gang is one who was once their nemesis, though this seems to be long forgotten. Wolf O'Donnell, portrayed by Loaf.

A war veteran. Fought for your rights, you damned hippies! The least you could do is give him a handout! Solid Snake, played by The Clint Eastwood.
Crazy, crazy spaceman. Talks in cryptic riddles. Cuts up little tiny plant critters and puts them into capsules. Speaks of The End of Days. Captain Olimar, portrayed by darkViVi.

One of the four Dons, the one who introduced prostitution and gambling unto the Mushroom Kingdom, but is actually a humanitarian and wants to see an end to the bloodshed. King Dedede, portrayed by Dawezy.

A news reporter who is heavily against the Mario Brothers in his reports. His bloopers can be seen online, and one in particular shows him lose his cool in a most spectacular fashion. Lakitu, played by Phantom.

An old fashioned brawler, in the same vein as Mario. After the cannibal came, he lost interest in the Princess and became a Buddhist. Bowser, played by nix.

Girlfriend to the Pokemon Trainer and equally nice, Leaf shall be depicted by Gypsy Elder.

Okay. Didn't do everybody, because there's too many characters, a lot of whom didn't have a significant roll, or who I didn't feel like doing because I felt it would be too mean. Anyhoo...
