Caius Ballad or Xemnas? Who would win?

So as the title suggests, who would win? They're both known for having a wide array of abilities. On one corner we have Caius Ballad, The Guardian with the heart of Chaos and his immortality, and on another we have The Superior whom is the leader of Org. XIII and Terranorts Nobody. This is merely for fun, so feel free to nerd out in debate!

I'll move this over to General Gaming since this blends Final Fantasy XIII with Kingdom Hearts.

And for what it's worth, as interesting as Caius is, I feel like Xemnas would dominate that conflict. Would Caius' immortality even exist after fixing the timelines in FFXIII-2? More importantly, is it relevant on whatever plane upon which he meets Xemnas? My answer would swing the other way if he's still immortal since... well...
