BbS ending question

So Aqua is the only one that can do "Final Episode" right ?
After going into final episode, should i finish the rest of the game there (mini-games, ice cream etc.),
or do i have to do it before entering Final Episode ?

I've heard that you should finish everythig before, im just curious which becomes the current save data..
