Amored Core

I don't hear much from this series any more but its still a extremely fun series to play. I bought the first Armored Core when I was ten years old and fell completely in love with it. Then I continued playing the series till I was sixteen but fell out of it because it started feeling repetitive. However, I intend to get back into the series soon because there are at least two new ones that I have not played yet.

What are your thoughts on these games?

PS. I would change the fact that I misspelled Armored, but it will not let me

I loved the first one and three. I espically loved the Aces from 3. The name Street Enemy is stuck in my head. I hated him so much. I swept up all the enemies because he was hiding. I also remember Red Eye. She sounded like a baddass. I also loved the consort system although I hit the restart button if I lost my ally. I just couldn't let Appleboy die. He was my wingman. I also remember 3 had floating leg parts for the first time. I grabbed a long boat looking set, painted my robot black, silver and red and threw on a flame thrower, shotgun and two missle packs. I named it Odin.

I love Armoured Core, 1st I got was Armoured Core 2... Beautiful it was... Think I got 4 after that. Also damn good. There was the arena one (raven something I think) I didn't like. And my favourite so far was the one I got for XBOX 360 'For answer' (don't have anymore but managed to get all but 2-3 levels with an S rank)

Dang!!! Finally people know about this game! I love it mainly master of arena me and my sibling would play that game together and such.....ahhhh, good memories..

So anyways what did everybody outfit thier robot with. In addition to Odin I had a chicken walker type with machine gun arms, back mounted homing missles and an extra ammo pack. I also did everything to upgrade its speed. I then painted it blue and white and named it Zephyr. I remember painting a pinup girl as a decal for it becuase I remembered fighter planes used to have those. I also had a pink, purple, and red biped robot named Love Letter. I outfitted her with a sniper rifle and energy shield, the highest range radar dish and a chain gun for getting someone out of my face. I also equipped a lot of anti dectection stuff on her too. I loved when Tips and Tricks used to have a regular feature for the game. They used to have design contests too.
