Problem with avatar

I can't seem to change it, I've tried using the direct URL but this message comes up "Upload failed due to failure writing temporary file." and when I choose the file directly from my computer it says "Unable to move/copy file". The picture size and dimensions are well within the limit and I tried uploading one of my old avatars to see if it was just the picture but the same is happening with the old ones too. I don't know if anyone else is having this problem?

I'm having the exact same issue. I hope this gets fixed soon I havent been able to upload an avatar or sig yet because of it.
