How to play FF 13 with japanese voiceover and english subtitles (xbox 360)

Good day to you guys

I am completely new to the FF franchise and wanted to start with the most recent 13th part.
However I want to enjoy the game with the original voiceover (japanese) and english subtitles and I wanted to know if this is possible on the xbox 360 and what version I would have to buy

I think you should start with an earlier FF, as many of us agree that FF13 is a poor representation of the franchise due to XIII's lack of everything that made FF great in the first place. Are you new to RPG's? What other games have you played?

I am not new to RPG's, however I am new to JRPG's (as I said until now i have no idea about FF, only thing I know is that FF VII is considered the best part)
