Before all Factions can become active, they must be officially approved.

[Requirements]

1. Must have two or more members and the leader must list a roster of their faction.
2. Must give the name of your faction and describe its purpose along with its main goal(s) is. (This includes the alignment of the faction—e.g. good or evil.)
3. Must state the position of their faction headquarters, no matter how small. (Since this is earth, you can choose any city from any continent.)

Faction's Name: Fenix Inc.
Faction Type: Organized Crime, Combat
Faction's HQ: Los Angeles, California
Faction's Purpose: Corruption, business, and to use the power from both to find what Sakura's searching for.
Faction's Alignment: Evil
Faction's Description: Fenix Incorporated is a corporation Sakura inherited through the suicide of his adoptive family. It is a legitimate business on the public level with medical research, medical weaponry and defense, and the stock exchange. Within the underground, it is the most wretched type of mob with connections to every kind of yakuza, triad, and every type of criminal power you can think of. Over the past couple of years, however, it has taken on a new direction of finding something for Sakura, the president, though no one knows what.

[NOTE]: 'Faction Type' is basically whether or not your faction is combat oriented or peacekeepers and the like. Here's a list of types:

-Hobbyist (Hobby oriented)
-Heroic (Protect innocents and tote the heroes' philosophy)

One final note. Everyone who registers a faction is eligible for their own subforum where they can secretly speak with each other and talk about strategies. You must ask Andromeda to get one after you have registered and been approved. If you don't want a subforum of your own or are not really a faction based on secrets or combat, you can make a social group or a thread in the Club forum.

Faction's Name: Orichalcum
Faction's HQ: Airship whose usual station is over the Atlantic.
Faction's Purpose: Wants to control and regulate the actions of other factions.
Faction's Alignment: Neutral
Faction's Description: Orichalcum is an organization that accepts fighters of all levels and race. They strive to dominate the other factions to regulate fighting and keep any one faction from being too strong. They want to be your mother, in effect. Their plan is to dominate you and then begin regulating everything you do. They don't want to make all other factions a part of themselves, and they don't want to take over the world. Like I said, they just want to be your mom.

They may sound evil, but think of themselves as working toward a more peaceful world, and therefore cannot be put into any sort of category.

Orichalcum associates with no country, and has several airships deployed in the skies. Their main base of operations, however, is over the Atlantic.

I know this is extra paper work, but if you plan to have your faction in the club forum as a thread please go through the normal registration channels (the club registration thread). I'll reference this page to confirm that they have been approved by Griffith and then make the approval. I'll only deny you if you haven't been approved by Griffith. This keeps things on the books and I won't get any surprise threads in the forums.

Faction's Name: Gaia

Faction Type: Combat, Rebel

Faction's HQ: Hidden inside a fortified abandoned castle within the heart of Rome, Italy.

Faction's Purpose: To spread the influence of Gaianism and it's beliefs across the world and to restore chaos to the Earth.

Faction's Alignment: Neutral (Chaotic alignment would be a more accurate definition.)

Faction's Description: Gaia is a religious group (known hereafter as "Gaians" or "Gaianism") that has strong beliefs in usurping the power that is held throughout the world in governments, churches, and other branches of society in order to bring about freedom for all. Gaians do not see the "good" in the eyes of the people that want to rule their followers while destroying the opposers, because the church of Gaia believe in tolerance and that the strong should dominate the weak in order to keep freedom existant. Gaians worship the Tenma Lord Asura, the most powerful god of war, as their deity in hopes of giving them the blessings of strength to carry out their actions. The goal of Gaia is to ultimately destroy all forms of government and leadership, in which Gaia would take over and lead total freedom and anarchy for all.

Faction's Name: Condottieri.

Faction Motto: Conduca i vostri atti con honor; assicuri la vittoria con il valor. Non si depositi mai per di meno che il vostro valore.
(Conduct your deeds with honor; secure victory with valor. Never settle for less than your worth.)

Faction Type: Mercenary.

Faction's HQ: Rome, Italy. Their headquarters are built below the Colesseum, deep in the labyrinth of foundations.

Faction's Purpose: To aid other factions at their expense. Will not actively go into war on any side without written contract, but once the contract is signed will remain loyal until monetary funds run dry or until assisted faction commits a dishonorable act that violates the Condottieri code.

Faction's Alignment: Neutral.

Faction's Description: Mercenaries with a strict code of honor. They refuse to help the truly corrupt regardless of offered compensation. They also refuse to attack the unarmed, those who are unable to fight (women and children). They will not take part in thievery, murder, espionage, or any other action deemed to be dishonorable. While they believe in being just and moral, they also ask a very high price, refusing to join in for less than their worth no matter what the cause, unless acting independantly for their own faction's benefit.
