Any tips on how to beat the Eidolon, Alexander? I've had him on the brink twice and Hope just blew up!

I have a terrible memory, but Im pretty sure your party is Hope(lead), Snow and Lightning.

I remember making sure I had buffs on my characters the whole time and healed anytime they werent full. Other than that I used Hope as a Rav. So you should focus on Healing>Buffs>and only when they other two are complete, damage. The other two can probably stay as a mix of Rav/Com the whole time.

Maybe set some paradigms like
Hope,snow,light
Med,Rav,Com
Syn,Rav,Com
Med, Rav,Rav
Med,Sen,Med If something really bad happens

Thanks for that. I got him at the very next attempt. I was using Fade as a Sentinel, but I either ran out of time, or Hope just exploded!

At the start of the battle change Hope to a Synergist and cast Protect on everyone. Then from then on use Relentless Assault. Whenever your hp gets low shift to Combat Clinic. That's all there is to it. The trick is casting protect on everyone since it greatly reduces the damage taken.

When fighting Alexander, Hope is the leader so you can choose the spells yourself or you can also cast Libra and use the Auto Command option.

Whenever Hope is in the party but isn't the leader, use Libra, that will make him act according to the enemy's strengths and weaknesses.
