Wii Ware revamp?

After playing through Final Fantasy I, IV and after years, it has shown that many people still play alot of the old fantasy story lines, i say fine.

With the graphics of 2d and sprites still being cool for most of us, i say let the ps3 and xbox have their big HD graphics thats the reason most of them got those in the first place. I would love to see a final fantasy series going back to tradition on Wii ware cause they could get away with it. and i mean 2d sprite graphics.

after years was great down loadable game i just don't see why they can not put more effort into making an original medieval fantasy story. if they don't know how to write a story hell i got a closet full of 2nd and 3.5 editions of D&D books as well as character sheets and any other resource they need to get any creative juice flowing.

and with the options of down loadable content, the game could almost not end for you. with things like hunts, or new dungeons that open up. or even going the route of online games with level caps, which you have certain characters that are more powerful than yours.

those these are ideas, what do you think that SE could do or should do for the Wii ware that would get you back into final fantasy? or things that you would like them to come out with, squeals, new games, mini games etc.

I'd personally prefer an anthology of the first ten (or even six) FF games released for PS3/360 in HD. Kinda like Banjo Kazooie on XBL. Same game, not blurry in HD.
It makes me sad that with every TV upgrade my favourite games are looking shittier and shittier.

Wiiware is great (especially for classic Nintendo titles), but I'd prefer a collection that'd last a bit longer.

I can't go back into Final Fantasy because I never left it. I roll with whatever SE decides to do with the series, and take it for what it is.

I prefer having physical copies of games myself, though I see your point that the game could be expanded and stuff through dlc. That could be cool for people who can actually get their virtual console to work. Guess what I can't do? Ah well.
