First off, I am brand new to the forums and I hope it is ok to do this on my first thread, I apologize if I am not. So, I will get right to the point.

Gamespot is running an all time greatest sidekick bracket and poll where various videogame
characters duke it out to see who is the best. Currently Moogle is Winning against Cortana of the Halo Franchise.

You can place your vote on Moogle (or not, but you should ) and many other videogame
characters at the link below.

I've cast my vote as well, shame though I was banned from Gamespot as I could have created my own bracket, maybe even win something =D. I'm with Dodie on this one, Companion Cube is a definite winner, though I wouldn't mind if Rush, Vivi, Minda, Frog or Otacon proved me wrong, all great sidekicks. And how the hell is Navi winning, by far the most annoying side kick in gaming history, yes, even more annoying than Ashely, OK, maybe not.

I voted for every Final Fantasy character and the characters that I actually knew. I really hope that it becomes an all Final Fantasy Final Four (FFFF)! I wish I could've voted 100 times though. I want the Moogle to go through to the next round.

Question: Doesn't the picture of the moogle look like the one they use for Kingdom Hearts? I know it says it's from FFXIV, but I really think it's KHI & II.

You are correct It is the KH moogle indeed, the background with the black hands is Final Fantasy XI. The Final Fantasy VI or XI moogles would of been the right choice for the picture, I don't know what they were thinking.

So i voted for Chocobos, Moogles, Tails and Otacon. Everyone except Moogles are already way ahead so that's good

There were few matches in round two where I had hard time choosing for who to vote, Frog vs Otacon for instance or Companion Cube vs Rush, Companion Cube though is still my favorite and I'll be voting for it even if it meant voting against Final Fantasy characters.

All Square Enix characters are down atm except Vivi, Epic games has tweeted and Facebooked to save Dom against Chocobo. I am trying to get Square Enix to do the same for their 5 on the official FFXIV and FFXI forums.

I just voted for the FF characters in round 2. All of the other sidekicks can stuff it. I can't believe that Lucca beat Wakka in the first round. When I voted in Round 1, Wakka was up by almost 20%.

I voted for Vivi, he's winning, but it's close! I can't believe that Kong is even competing with the awesomeness that is Vivi!
