Playing two Final Fantasy Games at Once?

I don't know why I've had the urge to ask this...but does anyone else play two Final Fantasy games at once?

I like having two games going at once to switch off between...but I feel like most people wouldn't ever play more than one game at a time so that they can become completely absorbed.

So what about you guys? Do you play one game at a time? Or do you switch off between a couple FF games at once?

I tend to play several games at once, though I like them to be diverse as much as possible, in other words, different genres.

Not me. When I play a major game (Final Fantasy especially), I like to give that one game my full attention to really feel the experience. Playing two at once would ruin that for me.

I can see the appeal. I've grown up playing FF games, and I always played 1 or 2 at the same time. Maybe that's why I never beat any.

I just recently started playing the games again...and I decided to actually beat them this time. I started playing FFXIII, and then took a day off and beat the first Final Fantasy on my iPhone. I think I'll finish off FFXIII before I play start playing another one.

I don't normally play two FF's all the way through from start to finish at the same time. If I am still attempting 100% completion for one FF then I may play it from time to time while in the middle of another FF story.

I also tend to play a fighting game or other uninvolved genre's while playing a main game(usually a RPG). I am also a consistent Gears of War 2 online player. So, I do try to stay interested in my gaming side by holding interest in several titles at a time.

I've got four of them one the go at the moment (V, VI, VII and XIII) do to answer your question, I do.

I like having a few of them on the go at the same time. I have completed most of them so it's not like I'm trying to figure out the story. Although above for example, V and VI will be my first playthrough of the two, but VII I have completed countless times, and I'm working on 100% on XIII.

I did it once. While having my characters in FFXII just run around and farm monsters and other crap, I would have FFIX up on my Comp and play that.

Also at this time I was playing Darkfall Online and farming Lumber and Ore. 3 games at once lol. One I was actually playing, the other 2 had (Gambits) and (Macros)

Since I've completed all of them a few times separately, playing them in-between each other is pretty good for me. It keeps the ol' memory bank up to standards on every one.

I'm literally playing all of them and swapping between depending on my mood at the time

Re: Playing two Final Fantasy Games at Once?

I don't really play more than one at a time. I love to focus on one game at a time, probably because I try to master every game I play, like with side-quests, time limits, ultimate weapons etc.

To be honest, any game I play, whether it's FF or not, I always play just the one game at a time. Even if i'm in the middle of a game, and a game I have long awaited has come out, I will buy the game, but then leave it in it's wrapper until I have finished the game I am playing ... but that could just be my OCD rolf :')

Re: Playing two Final Fantasy Games at Once?

I usually play one game at a time, just to enjoy and understand it more.Though when I played XII,if I got bored,I would start on VIII or level up my characters on FFIX
