what did it mean by "pre-order now to secure the ff15 demo"?
i wasnt aware I was required to pre-order to get the demo?
During the livestream for Final Fantasy Type-0 on Thursday, they ended with a new trailer which will be shown at theaters starting today. Most noteably the trailer will be shown in theaters running The Hunger Games latest movie. The latest trailer previews a little more of the English cast, but mostly focuses on showing off the gameplay and characters.

Yeah I've been trying to get a read on that. The messaging is strange. I believe all copies of the games come with the download code for the demo. However, they could be saying that since they're planning the demo to be a limited time availability. That you should pre-order so you can play it before the time expires. But that's just a guess. I would like more clear messaging from them on if you have to pre-order to get the demo, it wouldn't make sense. But it's unclear so even I've been considering pre-ordering just to be safe and not chance it.

what do you mean its a limited time only demo? Will the demo delete itself from the console after a certain amount of time?
I doubt it'll be anything like that. I'm guessing the time which you can download it will be limited. But they said they're working out the details on it and will have more to answer later. It sounds like they're sort of using the demo as a bit of a beta to get player feedback. So the game may end changing based on how fans react to the demo.

It looks gorgeous, the voices sound so good, I've been waiting so long for this game I can't believe it's coming out so soon XD. I'm glad they are lowering the difficulty, I tried the japanese demo years ago and I found it difficult, I loved the battle system though
My understanding is that preordering it will guarantee a launch copy, and that all first-ship copies will come with codes packed in box. This means that anyone buying it initially should be granted with the beta access (which should likely require the Type-0 disc to boot from, so you couldn't buy Type-0 and immediately pawn it off just to have beta access later) - but the perk of preordering is knowing that you'd have one available for you on day one.Originally Posted by Andromeda
Now, obviously I'd have to be partial to GameStop & EB Games, given that's literally my livelihood, but this should hold true whether you order there, Best Buy, Target, Amazon, Square Enix web store, etc etc etc etc etc.

There is yet another trailer for Type 0, this one is labeled The World at War and I like the way this was done making it war-filmish.
