IV,VI,VIII and XIII were really good too, i usually dig every FF characters in every game, but XII was probably the worst one in my opinion. Was ok but not nearly as great as the others.
I do think Final Fantasy XIII had the worst cast out of all the games at least in XII there were more characters i liked than hated.
