Which ff character would cause the most damage?

hmm i think cloud. sephiroth and Leon take the cake
cloud: the weight of his sword allows for devastating attacks
sephiroth: his unnatural speed and accuracy insures victory
leon: his gunblade allows for an equal measure of both speed and power

Auron can use Tornado to deal 199998 damage with full attack and the Masamune equipped. Then there's Vincent with that glitchy thing that he does.

Well, I am currently satisfied with Noel doing 599994 damage in FFXIII-2. 6 ATB gauges with Attack in the COM role.

As for which character would be able to do the most damage if possible. Black Mage from FF1. After reading Nuklear Power's comic, I am convinced that he is the most powerful RPG character ever.

Selphie's The End is, well, the end for any opponent. Out of villains though, either Kefka or Kuja, after all both of them did tear at least half a planet apart =D

You do realize Kefka blew half a planet apart on his own... I don't think he needed to prove his power after that anymore thus he sat down and let laser firing weapon do the rest.

Did he cause the destruction - yes. Was it from his own power - no. The unbalancing of the Warring Triad was where the power for that destruction came. Kefka was the person who caused the unbalancing. I would give more props to Kuja since he destroyed, literally (not in the sense that is applied to Kefka), Terra with Ultima "nukes". Terra is no more.




In general, remember this is: would cause the most damage not did cause. Therefore I feel like Ex-Death would be in the running on the villains side. For heroes I may go with Squall. Lionheart I feel is in the Omnislash class. Blasting Zone is so huge it, that it goes out into space, would cause lots of damage form each use.

I really need to refresh my knowledge on certain Final Fantasy games, and you know me, Kuja has always been my man as far as villains goes.

Leonhart's superior as far as sheer damage goes, Squall can deal up to 160 000 -180 000 damage if I recall correctly, not counting the damage he deals prior to Leonhart.

squall yes same here but not cloud not to fast when it comes down to swinging his sword but how about lightning she has much in her arsenal and I kinda like tifa as well she may be close range but if you let her in GAME OVER!

As far as evilness, KEFKA definitely takes the cake... He poisoned Doma, destroyed a planet, and THEN went on to destroy towns as a past time...
