Favorite FF Music?

I LOVE the music from the Magitek Research Facility in FFVI. I could play just about any game with that on loop. I constantly find myself paused or just roaming about in there simply to listen to the music for that place... and since I just went through there in this game, it reminded me.

So... what's everyone else's favorite zone music / theme music?

I love the music from FFX. I haven't played all the FF's yet but to me personally FFX had the best soundtrack.

"Otherworld" .Perfect accompanyment to Braska's Final Aeon, blar, blar, blar i've praised it many times before.

Since playing XII i've started to like the music that plays in many of the field areas, especially the Giza plains. I couldnt sing or hum it as it isnt that easy a tune to do so but when i hear it, i like it.

It's Terra's theme in Final Fantasy VI. I really love that song, especially with lyrics. But when I played the game, I couldn't leave the world map for a long time, just because I wanted to listen to the song. I didn't enjoy the map anymore when I was in the World of Ruin, but... ah well.
And, of course:

Rawr. *_* I love that song. There is also a version with lyrics, but I also like the version of the game itself. And I liked the fact that you had to learn the scene by heart. :>
All in all, FFVI had the best music for me. But there were quite a few songs I liked in other games as well. :> (Like Cid's Theme in FFVII or the Theme of the Empire in FFXII :>)

Oh gosh... I would be here all day if I talked about all the music that I enjoyed from the FF franchise. I'll just narrow it down to these:

Dust to Dust - FF XIII - Beautiful vocals and instrumentals that enhance the desolation of the area that the song plays in.

Shinra Inc Theme - FF VII - So menacing and powerful. Perfectly fits The Shinra Corp. to a T.

Victory Fanfare - Every game really, but I like it the best in XII, probably because you don't hear it after every battle, and when you do hear it, it's very epic.

The Wavering Blade - FF IX - Kind of like the Shinra Inc theme from VII, once you hear this tune in the battle with Beatrix, you KNOW you're in for some trouble.

Fithos Lusec Wecos Vinosec - FF VIII - The parade scene in VIII is probably my favorite from that game, mostly because of this tune. Great vocals, and a kick ass beat too.

I love VI's Victory Music... especially in the beginning.

Magitek Research Facility

Red XIII theme from FFVII is also a favorite of mine.

Jecht's Theme always reminds me of sitting on the porch playing music and drinking beer. Just straight chill mode. Always been a fan of it as well.
